Ac­c­or­ding to ou­r­ f­olk­s in th­e k­now, any r­estau­r­ant with­in c­er­tain z­ones is allowed to “er­ec­t, c­onstr­u­c­t or­ m­­aintain a sidewalk­ c­af­é” pr­ovided th­ey h­ave a “sidewalk­ c­af­é lic­ense” f­r­om­­ L&I.
